Can August store HMO licences, certificates and deposits?

Yes. You can upload HMO licences, gas safety certificates, EICRs, EPCs, tenancy agreements and prescribed information documents, kept by property and tenant so they are easy to find when you need them.

When you upload a licence or certificate, August reads the expiry date and sets a renewal reminder automatically. Every document is timestamped on upload and on send, so when the council emails for your licence or a tenant disputes the deposit, the record is right there.
