This app is a game changer - a must have for any tenant. I have been a tenant now for just over decade, and have never come across anything like August. It’s like having a personal assistant for your rental property. Paying rent and reporting maintenance issues are so easy now, and I get to keep all my lease info organised. I’m loving it!

Love where this app is going I have been using it for the past couple of months mainly to track rent payments from tenants and has saved me a lot of time, would like to see more tracking around compliance in the future but very slick app and love the idea

Game Changer!
For tenants such as myself, August is an absolute game changer. I no longer have the hassle of digging through emails for my lease docs, I never have to worry about forgetting or missing a rent payment, and I can easily let my landlord know when something needs fixing rather than having to constantly message back and forth!

I’ve been using the app for a while (only really for paying rent) which to me is quite useful, I appreciate being reminded and that I can pay rent in app. There isn’t much for tenants to do but if they build out more stuff like credit scores and insurance i think id use the app even more. Definitely makes renting easier, I like using it
