Does August send compliance reminders?

Yes. August sends certificate reminders for gas safety, EPC renewals, electrical checks, insurance, deposit deadlines, and any custom dates you set. Reminders are triggered automatically based on document expiry dates and compliance tasks, or you can create them manually. You choose how to be notified, push notification, email, SMS, or all three. August Intelligence also suggests reminders when you upload a document in the app.
