Yes. August tracks rent at room level, not just property level, so each tenant in an HMO has their own rent schedule, payment status, and payment history. If one room pays and another doesn't, you see exactly which tenant is outstanding. Pro-rata amounts, room-level reminders, and partial payment handling all work the same way as a single let, applied individually to every room.
