How do smart reminders work?

You can add reminders manually, or let August suggest them automatically. Suggested reminders are based on:

• Uploaded documents (e.g. tenancy agreements, insurance policies)

• Key data in your profile (e.g. rent schedules, tenancy lengths)

• Activity within the app (e.g. received rent payments)
