Yes. Tenants never pay to use August. The tenant app lets them pay rent directly, report maintenance issues, at no cost. Landlords invite tenants from within the app, and tenants can access August on iOS, Android, or web. There are no fees charged to tenants for rent payments made via Open Banking.
