What happens to my data if I cancel?

You can cancel at any time, and your data stays yours. Before you cancel, you can export your rent records, tenancy documents and payment history so you hold a full archive outside August. After cancellation your account is kept in a read-only state, then deleted in line with the privacy policy. There are no exit fees and no contractual lock-in.
