What if I've connected my bank account but my tenant's payment isn't shown in August?

August matches your incoming payments based on your tenancy information in the app.

As a first step, we'd encourage you to make sure the payment has definitely been made to your linked bank account. If so and it's not being shown, please contact August support via the your Profile in the app.
