I already use a spreadsheet. Why switch?

Spreadsheets work until rent is late, a certificate expires or a document goes missing. August gives you a live system that updates from your bank, stores documents by property and surfaces reminders before deadlines pass, none of which a spreadsheet does on its own. You also stop being the bottleneck: if you are away, August still knows who paid and what is due.
