LONDON – 10th June 2025 – August, the all-in-one rental app for small landlords, today launched Property Data, a new update that brings key property insights directly into the app including council tax bands, EPC ratings, and estimated property valuations.
The update also allows landlords to onboard and manage HMOs (Houses in Multiple Occupation), offering better visibility and control across more complex portfolios.
Problem
Important property data like EPCs, valuations, and tax bands is not always easily available. For HMO landlords, managing multi-tenant properties within traditional systems is even harder.
Solution
August now pulls in key data to give landlords a clearer picture of each property at a glance and introduces HMO support to reflect real portfolio needs.
