LONDON – 20th May 2025 – August, the all-in-one app for small landlords, today introduced Smart Reminders, a new feature powered by August Intelligence that helps landlords stay on top of important tasks without the need for manual tracking.
Whether it’s a renewal deadline, expiring certificate, or regular maintenance, August now proactively suggests reminders based on what you upload or do in the app and lets you set your own, too.
