Can I share documents with tenants through August?

Yes. When you upload a document, you'll see a "Share with tenant(s)" toggle. Flip it on and your tenants can view and download the document straight away in their own Documents tab in the August app. You can share with a specific tenancy, individual tenants, or all your tenants at once, for things like house rules that apply across all properties. Your tenants can view and download, but not edit or delete.
