How to Delete Your Account
We’re sorry to see you go, but we understand if you need to delete your account. If you wish to delete your account, follow these simple steps:

• Open the app

• Go to your profile

• Scroll to the bottom of the page

• Tap the “Delete Account” button

Please note, as per our regulatory obligations with the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), we are required to retain your data for 6 years after your deletion request.

During this period, your data will be securely stored and will not be used for any other purpose. If you are unable to delete your account through the app, you can contact our support team.
Simply click the chat button located at the bottom right of this screen, and our team will assist you with the process.
