How to Reactivate Your Account After Deletion
If you’ve previously deleted your August account, but would like to return, we’d be happy to welcome you back.

Due to our obligations under Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) regulations, we retain your data securely for 6 years after you delete your account. During this period, your data is stored safely and is not used for any other purpose.

To request reactivation of your account:

  • Tap the chat button at the bottom right of your screen

  • Ask our support team to restore your account

Our team will verify your identity and help you get back up and running.
