What happens to my data if I cancel?

You can cancel at any time, and your data stays yours. Before you cancel, you can export your rent records, tenancy documents and payment history so you have a full archive outside August, useful if you're handing over to an agent or selling the property from abroad. After cancellation, your account is kept in a read-only state, and your data is deleted in line with our privacy policy after that. There are no exit fees and no contractual lock-in.
