What are 'notifications'?

Notifications are push messages that keep you updated on rent, compliance, maintenance and tenancy activity, even when you're not using the app.

What do they do?
Sends push notifications for key events like rent paid/due/late, upcoming compliance tasks, maintenance updates, messages, and tenancy milestones.

What are the benefits?
Having notifications on allows you to stay on top of rent payments, key reminders and targeted alerts from the app. You know as soon as a rent payment is due, paid or late.

How do I set up Landlord notifications?

• Open Settings → Notifications.

• Switch on

• Tap Save.

That’s it. You’ll receive alerts for the events you’ve selected.

Tip: Make sure device notifications are allowed for August.
