If I pay my rent late are there late fees or penalties?

While August simplifies rent payments to improve landlord-tenant relationships, we don’t handle or resolve disputes between landlords and tenants. 

Late fees and penalties are determined by your agreement with your landlord. August is free for tenants and doesn’t charge you late payment fees or penalties.
