Landlords can connect their bank account to August to view rent payment transactions within the app via Open Banking.

This grants August secure read-only access to your data, and gives you the ability to make the most of our app. All rent payments are made directly from the Tenant's bank account to the Landlord's.

August is an agent of Plaid Financial Ltd, an authorised payment institution regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority under the Payment Services Regulations 2017 (firm Reference Number: 804718). Plaid provides you with account information services (AIS), through us as their agent.
