1. Offer Overview

This limited-time promotional offer gives you 20% off any paid August plan: off each of your first 3 monthly payments on monthly billing, or off your first year on annual billing. There is nothing to pay upfront; you are billed as normal, at the discounted price.

• Annual plans: Growth £71.99 instead of £89.99, Portfolio £119.99 instead of £149.99, Portfolio+ £239.99 instead of £299.99, for your first year

New users also receive August's standard 30-day free trial before billing begins; the discount then applies once billing starts. The offer does not apply to the Free plan.

The referral code for this offer is SHOW26 and must be applied in the Stripe checkout when starting your subscription. This referral code will not work in the Apple App Store.

2. Offer Period

The code can be redeemed until 8 August 2026. August reserves the right to modify, extend, or withdraw the offer at any time.

3. Eligibility

This offer is available to:

• New users who have not previously subscribed to August.

• Returning users who have not had an active subscription within the past 90 days.

The 30-day free trial is available to new users only. Returning users who redeem this offer are billed from the day they subscribe and do not receive a free month.

Each eligible user may redeem this promotional offer once only.

4. What's Included

The discount applies to the paid plan you choose at checkout: Growth, Portfolio, or Portfolio+, on monthly or annual billing. You receive full access to your chosen plan's features and limits as described on our pricing page, including all updates released during your subscription.

5. Refund Policy

Your first payment under this offer is fully refundable within 14 days. To request a refund, contact our support team within 14 days from the date of your first payment. After 14 days, payments are non-refundable. If you no longer wish to use August after a refund, you can follow the steps to delete your account.

6. Free Trial and Subscription Details

New users: your subscription begins with August's standard 30-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial, and you can cancel at any time before it ends at no cost. After the trial, your first 3 monthly payments, or your first annual payment, are billed at the discounted price.

Returning users: billing starts on the day you subscribe, with the discount applied from your first payment, and no free trial month.

After the discounted period, your subscription will automatically renew at the standard price of your chosen plan and billing period, unless cancelled in advance. You can cancel at any time from your account settings to avoid further charges.

7. General

Use of the August platform remains subject to our standard Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

August reserves the right to refuse the offer in cases of suspected fraud or abuse.

8. Suspension or Cessation of Operations

If August permanently suspends or substantially ceases operations:

a. We will use reasonable endeavours to give at least 30 days' written notice via email where practicable; and

b. Your sole and exclusive remedy will be a pro-rated refund of any prepaid, unused subscription fees.
