- Go to your profile
- Scroll to the bottom of the page
- Tap the “Delete Account” button
Please note, as per our regulatory obligations with the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), we are required to retain your data for 6 years after your deletion request.
During this period, your data will be securely stored and will not be used for any other purpose. If you are unable to delete your account through the app, you can contact our support team.
