August partners with the North West Landlords Association

Bolton, 22 June 2026 — August, the property management platform for self-managing residential landlords, has partnered with the North West Landlords Association (NWLA), giving members a discount on August's paid plans.

NWLA has supported landlords across the North West for more than fifty years. It runs free member webinars, publishes guidance on the issues facing the region's landlords, operates a dedicated member insurance scheme, and maintains a committee that meets quarterly to put member views to the sector.

Landlords in the North West carry a heavier administrative load than most.
