Yes. August has a Broadcast option for exactly this. When you start a new conversation, choose Broadcast and your message goes to every tenant at once, which is ideal for a boiler service date, a change of payment details, or a building-wide notice. You can also choose Group to reach the tenants in a single shared house, or Direct for a one-to-one conversation. Tenants who aren't on the app still receive a broadcast by email or SMS, so nobody misses an important update. There's no limit to worry about on a normal portfolio.
