Does August support HMO property management?

Yes. Since version 1.10, August supports HMOs alongside single lets with the same property insights dashboard, compliance tracking, rent management, and document storage. You can manage a mixed portfolio of single lets and HMOs from one account. Every HMO property gets the same auto-pulled EPC ratings, council tax bands, and valuations as any other property type.
