Does Hammock have a tenant app or portal?

Hammock does not offer a tenant-facing app or portal. It is built exclusively for landlord-side financial management, including bookkeeping, bank feeds, and tax reporting and does not include any tools for tenants to pay rent in-app, report maintenance issues, or access documents.

Every August plan includes a free tenant app where tenants can pay rent instantly, raise and track maintenance requests with photos, and securely access tenancy documents from their phone. For landlords who want to reduce the friction of day-to-day tenant communication, this is a meaningful difference.
