Landlords can track rent payments by connecting their bank account, allowing August to notify you when rent has been paid. This integration is powered by Plaid Financial Ltd.

Tenants can pay rent, and landlords can receive these payments within August, all fee-free. Payments processed in-app will notify the landlord immediately, with funds received in their bank account within 24 hours.

All rent payments are made directly from the tenants’ bank account to the landlord’s.
