What can I see on the Properties dashboard?

The Properties dashboard gives you a snapshot of each property’s key indicators. For every property, you can view:

• Number of tenancies, documents, and active reminders

• Compliance status (as a percentage)

• Any urgent tasks or overdue reminders

• Visual badges for "Important" or "Urgent" alerts

• Updates like property value changes

You can also quickly see if there are outstanding actions to complete compliance and tap in for more details.
