Can I see income and expenses per property?

Yes. Every rent payment and expense is tagged to a property, with expenses categorised to HMRC’s headings as you log them. You can review the numbers property by property, spot the one that quietly eats its rent in repairs, and look across the whole portfolio when you need the full picture. Financial reports and Excel exports are built in, and if your accountant works in Xero you can push rent invoices and expenses across directly from the web app, so they get clean per-property records instead of one long bank statement to untangle. Mileage between properties is logged at HMRC's rates and sits in the same per-property figures.
