Can someone else help me run my portfolio in August?

Yes. Workspaces, now in the August web app, give everyone who helps run your portfolio their own sign-in, whether that's a partner, an assistant or a property manager. You invite people by email or share a join code, then give each person an Admin role to manage the workspace and its members, or a Member role to work within it. Property groups let you organise a larger portfolio, for example by area, by ownership or by who looks after it. Everyone works from the same live records, so when you're away someone else can see who has paid, what is due and what is coming up for renewal. The Web 2.7.0 release notes set out what's included.
